Terms and Conditions

Recruit CDPAP Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 27, 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Recruit CDPAP platform. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Recruit CDPAP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Recruit CDPAP is an informational and connection-based platform designed to help CDPAP-eligible caregivers and consumers in New York State connect. This is not a staffing agency, and we do not employ or manage caregivers directly.

Recruit CDPAP is currently operating in early-stage beta and is primarily used to support caregiving for one private household. Public use and matching may be limited during this phase.

3. No Background Checks or Vetting

Recruit CDPAP does not currently perform background checks, credential verification, or eligibility screening on caregivers or consumers. Users are responsible for conducting their own assessments and due diligence when entering into caregiving relationships.

4. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to communicate in a respectful, professional, and lawful manner.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the platform:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language

  • Inappropriate, threatening, or sexual messaging

  • Misrepresentation of identity or qualifications

  • Unprofessional or unsafe conduct toward caregivers or consumers

5. Eligibility

Caregivers and consumers must meet the eligibility requirements of the New York State CDPAP Medicaid program. It is the responsibility of both parties to ensure compliance with program rules. Recruit CDPAP does not verify or guarantee any user’s eligibility or legal status.

6. Limitation of Services

We are currently prioritizing recruitment for a private household. While forms are available on this site, submitting an interest form does not guarantee a response, job placement, or caregiver matching at this time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, branding, graphics, and logos — is the property of Recruit CDPAP or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Recruit CDPAP makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided on the site or by its users. All use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Recruit CDPAP shall not be held liable for any damages, disputes, or losses resulting from communication or arrangements made through this site. All agreements between caregivers and consumers are private and not facilitated, endorsed, or managed by Recruit CDPAP.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with New York State law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
