Whether you’re a caregiver looking for meaningful work or a consumer without someone available to help, we’re here to make that connection.
We help consumers stay in control of their care plans while caregivers get paid to do important, life-changing work—no certifications or licenses required. We’ve been in your shoes and understand the struggles. That’s why we’re here: to make care simpler, better, and truly personal.


Our Commitment to Finding the Right Fit
Recruit CDPAP was founded on one simple principle: put the “care” back in home care. We understand the challenges families face when a loved one needs daily assistance—whether it happens suddenly or develops over time. Reliable, trusted, and capable help is life-changing for consumers, families, and caregivers alike.
Traditional agencies often fill staffing gaps with whoever is available, not necessarily who is right for the job. This can leave both consumers and caregivers mismatched and frustrated.
Our platform is different. We provide the tools and resources for families and caregivers to connect based on compatibility from the start. When you register, we gather the right information up front, so each match has a true chance of being the “right fit,” instead of just another shot in the dark.
Right now, we’re accepting a limited number of families as we grow. We’re also excited to be developing an iOS and Android app that will make finding care—or finding caregiving work—faster and easier than ever before.
