Part Time Virtual Assistant

Virtual Assistant (Independent Contractor, Part-Time, 5–15 Hours/Week)

About the Role
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with caregiver recruitment, administrative support, and light social media tasks. This is a part-time independent contractor position (5–15 hours per week, $16/hr).

Availability Note
During the caregiver search period, VA will need to be available Monday through Friday for 1–2 hours per day to ensure caregiver applications are reviewed and responded to within 24 hours. Once caregivers are placed, the workload will shift to every other day or a few times per week for ongoing administrative and social media support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Caregiver Recruitment

    • Post/manage caregiver listings (Care.com, Indeed, Facebook groups, etc.).

    • Respond to caregiver applications within 24 hours.

    • Screen applicants,  assist with scheduling interviews, perform reference checks, and track progress.

  • Administrative Support

    • Handle emails, follow-ups, scheduling, and paperwork.

    • Keep projects and documents organized.

  • Social Media Assistance

    • Draft and schedule posts.

    • Monitor engagement and organize content.

Looking For

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Dependable and consistent with follow-through.

  • Experience with recruiting, admin, or social media preferred.

  • Comfortable working independently and maintaining confidentiality.

Position Details

  • Independent contractor role.

  • $16 per hour.

  • 5–15 hours per week.

  • Must have weekday (M–F) availability for 1–2 hrs/day during the caregiver recruitment stage. Workload will ease once caregivers are secured.
